Q: WHEN CAN I HOLD MY EVENT?

A: We are unable to host events between 24th December – 7th January.
Make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Q: ARE WE GRANTED EXCLUSIVE USE & WHAT’S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?

A: When you book your event at Beaver and Bear, you have the option of exclusive use of the venue during your requested event hours (this includes 2 hours setup time). We have a minimum requirement of 60 guests for the full day/evening.
There are other options available for exclusive use — for example, from 5pm onwards.


Q: WHERE CAN I GET A QUOTE?

A: We prefer to tailor a quote on an individual basis, so please send us a message with all the relevant details, here.
 

Q: HOW LATE IS YOUR LICENSE?

Our liquor license runs until 1am.
We will need all guests to vacate the premises by 1:30am sharp.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MUSIC & SOUND FACILITIES LIKE?

Our sound system is second-to-none. We can stream any of your playlists directly to our system or, you can bring your own device, and plug straight in.
We are also happy to recommend local bands and DJs.

Q: HOW DO I PAY?

Full payment is required at the conclusion of the evening or by 11am the following morning, by cash or EFTPOS.
Credit card payments will incur a further 2.5% fee on the final bill for bank fees.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY FUNCTION?

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, ensure to give one of our staff as much notice as possible. Cancellations one week prior to the event will incur a 20% fee (based on total quote).
